2. Data we collect
Contact details (email), company information, beneficial-owner details (name, date of birth, address, ID number), ID document images, payment metadata from Stripe, and technical data (IP address, user agent) for security.
3. Why we process it
To prepare and submit your BOI report, communicate with you, meet legal and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract and legitimate interests, and where required, your consent.
4. ID image retention
ID document images are encrypted at rest and automatically deleted 90 days after your report is filed. Other records are kept only as long as needed for the service and legal obligations.
5. Who we share with
Stripe (payment processing), our self-hosted Mailcow mail server, and Cloudflare (network security). We submit your report to the FinCEN E-Filing System as part of the service. We do not sell your data.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR and CCPA you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and you may object to certain processing. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. International transfers
Your report is submitted to a U.S. government system by design. Where data moves between the EU/UK and the U.S., we rely on appropriate safeguards.
